It’s important to understand the brand and why guests choose us, and support localised marketing as well as our digital strategy. Working with suppliers to host great pub events, telling our story to guests and living our values.

Using insights and data to learn, personalising our guest communication and using rewards and treats to drive loyalty. If we do that, guests will love us, which will drive sales and profit – that’s Making Life Peachy.

Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role, supporting the pubs and wider marketing team across the entire marketing mix. A varied role – no two days will be the same. You will be part of an integral small-knit team, whilst also working across other teams in the business. We strive to get things right first time, chase perfection, and whilst this is a field-based role, will work together regularly in trade to encourage creativity and share ideas.

The person will be responsible for copywriting, brand story telling, Peach social media and OpenTable management. You will also be overseeing menu change, being accountable for proofing and meeting deadlines. You’ll also look after citations, pub websites and manage photoshoots, as well as following through on strategic activities to drive sales, campaign planning and supporting our sustainability mission. The role will involve looking at data to present insights – highlighting success or suggesting areas of improvement and supporting the team with POS edits on creative to deliver on deadlines.

To deliver a seamless guest experience, at every touchpoint, both online and in the pub, maximising CRM tools, the app, online ordering, enquiry and booking systems, as well as timely guest replies.

You will be in charge of your own diary, with part of your week spent out in the pubs. Having a driving licence with your own vehicle is a must, as well as being willing to travel to our office in Bicester, along with our pubs across the entire group. This is a full-time permanent role, and fantastic opportunity to grow and develop within a very exciting industry.

Pub Support

· To complete requests timely

· Follow through on activities following strategic planning sessions

· Updating posters and other POS material

· Producing social content to tell the Peach story

· Updating websites

· Supporting with event organisation

Copywriting

· Monthly blog writing

· Email writing

· Social content

Systems

· OpenTable management

· Wordpress updates

· Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint

· Indesign & Photoshop

Peach Marketing

· Organising and overseeing photoshoots

· Proof reading

· Overseeing menu change

· Guest replies

· Data analysis

· Competitor research

Knowledge & Experience

Essential

· B2C marketing experience

· A love of hospitality

· Experience with OpenTable, Microsoft, Photoshop & Indesign

· Proven experience with long and short copy

· An eye for detail

· Use of Wordpress

· Full UK Driver’s Licence

Desirable

· Marketing qualification desirable

· Social advertising

· Understanding of CRM software

· Knowledge of SEO
